Coverage
At SpeedTech we use high-quality components to ensure our units last. All our ECUs come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defect that appears in the unit during that period.
Please note that the warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover
- Damage from incorrect installation, wiring errors, short circuits or reversed polarity.
- Damage from moisture, impacts, fire or tampering with the unit.
- Units that have been opened, modified or repaired by third parties.
- Damage to the engine or other components resulting from tuning.
- Normal wear of harnesses, connectors and accessories.
How to make a warranty claim
- Message us on WhatsApp at +506 8749-8077 or email info@speedtechcr.com with your order number or proof of purchase.
- Describe the problem and, if possible, attach photos or video.
- We'll tell you how to send the unit in for a technical inspection.
- If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we'll repair or replace the unit free of charge.
Our team will give you the help you need to process the claim and make sure your unit gets the right service.
