What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to gather statistical information.
How we use cookies and local storage
- Shopping cart: we use the browser's local storage (localStorage) to remember the products in your cart. This information doesn't leave your device until you send an order.
- Analytics: only if you accept them in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics to understand in aggregate how the site is used (pages visited, time on site, device).
- Language: we remember your language choice (st_lang cookie) for one year.
- Online payment: if you pay by card or SINPE Móvil, we keep your order number and shipping details in your browser while you pay, to show you the payment status and so you don't have to type them again if you return to the cart.
- External services: Google Fonts typefaces and, if you pay online or with PayPal, those platforms' own cookies (ONVO and PayPal).
How to disable them
You can accept or decline analytics cookies at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete them in your browser; if you do, some features such as the cart may not work properly.
