These general terms of use govern access to and use of www.speedtechcr.com, owned by SpeedTech, based in San José, Costa Rica (hereinafter, “the Company”). Accessing and using the website, or all or part of its content or services, implies full acceptance of these terms.

These terms govern access to and use of the website, including the content and services made available to users. Access to certain content or services may be subject to specific conditions.
3. Orders and prices
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include taxes. You can pay online by card (in dollars) or with SINPE Móvil (in colones, at the Central Bank of Costa Rica reference selling rate on the day of payment). Online payments are processed by ONVO and the order is confirmed once the payment is approved. You can also send your order on WhatsApp and pay by bank transfer or PayPal; in that case the order is confirmed when we receive the payment.
For international shipments, customs duties and carrier charges in the destination country are paid by the buyer. Returns and refunds are governed by our return policy.
4. Changes
The Company reserves the right to change these terms at any time, as well as product prices, specifications and availability. We recommend reviewing them periodically.
5. User obligations
Users agree to use the website diligently and in accordance with the law. It may not be used to transmit or distribute viruses or any code designed to interrupt, destroy or harm computer systems.

SpeedTech products are designed for competition and off-road applications only (#OffRoadUseOnly). Installation and tuning must be carried out by people with technical knowledge. Users are responsible for complying with the regulations in force in their country.

Except where expressly required by law, the website accepts no liability for damages arising from the use of the website's information, data and services, nor for services provided by third parties other than the Company.
8. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos, images, documentation and software available on the website belong to the Company or their rightful owners. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
9. Governing law
